The SERVPRO of San Ramon crew did an amazing job on a home bequeathed to Hope Hospice! Years and years of grime, dust, nicotine buildup, smoke damage and odor were removed and mitigated. They were courteous, hard-working and took a lot of care in working on this special property. It was so bad, we knew it was a disaster-level cleaning job and SERVPRO San Ramon were the ones to do it. Recently, I have had difficulty dealing with our pest control not cleaning up pest issues. They told us "we don't clean up the area, you need to hire someone." I then asked "who do we call?" and they replied "we do not know". How lucky I was to remember a SERVPRO ad on TV the other day. So I called. First, their secretary/receptionist  was right on it, by answering my call, calming me down and replying, "yes, we do it all. We remove your dishwasher, clean and disinfect the area AND clean up." Honestly, I almost cried with relief. Next, their receptionist called again to remind me what time the team would be coming and yes they arrived right on time. They did an amazing job and made me feel safe, knowing the team would do a great job.
