James, Mayra and Bola were the team that we worked with and they made this very stressful event during the holidays go smoothly! They were always timely and let us know exactly what was going on with our property. They were a very professional and exceptional team!

We had a very good experience with SERVPRO. Cody, Mayra and Angel were very kind, patient, empathetic, and informative. We had many questions during this clean up process, and they were always willing to answer, reply to a text, or pick up our call. They left the house in good order, and tidied up every day as they left. They kept us posted as to what was happening with our insurance. This water damage was a stressful and intrusive event… Cody did a great job of coming in and explaining the path forward, and Mayra and Angel were respectful and reliable!!

My experience with SERVPRO of San Ramon, after the New Year’s Eve flood at my San Ramon condo, has been wonderful. They were extremely responsive even though it was a holiday weekend.They deployed drying equipment ASAP. They explained the flood mitigation and restoration process and kept me informed during the entire engagement.

Everyone I have dealt with at SERVPRO San Ramon has been courteous, responsive, and informative. However, Myra Ruiz (water damage inspector) and Tunde ( project manager) in particular provided exceptional customer service and were extremely patient with me throughout this stressful event.

The SERVPRO team helped me with cleaning up my water damage at my property.  Nghia is extremely thorough and knowledgeable.  A team of 3 came and provided a free estimate, documented the damages step by step, and helped me and informed me every step of the way.  I would highly recommend SERVPRO to my friends and family.

The SERVPRO of San Ramon crew did an amazing job on a home bequeathed to Hope Hospice! Years and years of grime, dust, nicotine buildup, smoke damage and odor were removed and mitigated. Recently, I have had difficulty dealing with our pest control not cleaning up pest issues. They told us "we don't clean up the area, you need to hire someone." I then asked "who do we call?" and they replied "we do not know". How lucky I was to remember a SERVPRO ad on TV the other day. So I called. First, their secretary/receptionist  was right on it, by answering my call, calming me down and replying, "yes, we do it all. We remove your dishwasher, clean and disinfect the area AND clean up." Honestly, I almost cried with relief. Next, their receptionist called again to remind me what time the team would be coming and yes they arrived right on time. They did an amazing job and made me feel safe, knowing the team would do a great job. It is so great knowing thee are true blue companies out there in the universe that understand the needs of the client. A+ for all. Thank you so very much.

The SERVPRO team in San Ramon were professional, courteous and helpful. Brian walked me through each step of the process and even helped us anticipate what would happen next. We were happy with their willingness to respond quickly and work around our family as much as possible.
